Flash - Diving Board

The diving board wasn't as successful as I wished it was, I wanted the guy to be a lot lazier being on the diving board. The way I had created the animation cut a bit off of the bottom so I couldn't see the whole of the splash which is frustrating because it doesn't look as good as it did on flash.
