Flash - Weight Lifting

My first proper Flash animation. I struggled with this a fair bit at first and slowly got the hang of it, I struggled with knowing how long each frame should be and once I had finished the short animation I realised that I didn't actually show the weight too well, so I will come back to visit this when I have spare time.
